We understand that participants have different support categories and plan types so the way your potential order is handled will depend on your circumstances:
- Self managed - Payment is made directly to the provider and reclaimed by the participant.
- N.D.I.A managed – A service booking is created in the My Place Portal.
- Plan managed – An invoice can be sent to your plan manager to arrange payment. We will require Customer Name, NDIS number, Delivery Address and Plan Manager email.
- Service booking - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your request and provide the following information; name, N.D.I.S number, date of birth, plan start and end date and delivery address.
